  • How do I receive my book after buying?

    Immediately after payment, you'll see download buttons on the success page and we'll email you secure links. You can also re-download anytime from Your Library.

  • How do I access and re-download my books from Your Library?

    After payment, sign in with the email you used at checkout and open Your Library from the top navigation. Every book you've purchased is listed there — click 'Download' next to any title to generate a fresh, secure link. Links are single-use and expire for security, but you can generate a new one any time, on any device, as often as you need.

  • What format are the books in?

    All books are delivered as PDF files compatible with any device — phone, tablet, laptop, or e-reader.

  • Can I download a book more than once?

    Yes. Books you own are always available in Your Library — generate a fresh download link any time.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Because books are delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If a file is corrupt or missing, contact support and we'll make it right.

  • Why can't I sign in with Google anymore?

    We have switched to email and password sign-in for a simpler, more secure experience. If you previously created your account with Google, your account is still here — just enter the same email address and use 'Forgot your password?' to set a password.

  • I can't sign in — what should I do?

    Use the sign-in page and double-check the email address you used at checkout or when you first signed up. If you originally signed up with Google, use 'Forgot your password?' to set a password for your account. If you still can't get in, email support@ebookly.com.

  • Is my payment secure?

    Yes — all payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
